Terms of Sale

Seller and orders. SOLOMINER is sold by BitBacked LLC. These terms apply to orders placed through our website and Shopify checkout. The terms in effect when you order apply to that order. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
The product. SOLOMINER is a wearable hobby Bitcoin solo-mining device for education and entertainment. Hashrate varies with operating conditions and firmware. It is not an investment product. Mining rewards are extremely unlikely; neither rewards nor profitability are guaranteed. Internet access and a compatible mining pool are required; third-party services have their own terms and availability.
Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges appear at checkout before you submit an order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Shipping and cancellation. SoloMiner Watch is available for preorder for eligible US destinations only. Preorders are expected to ship from California in November 2026. This is an estimate and may change; delivery time is additional. You may cancel before shipment for a full refund. If we cannot ship on time, we will seek your affirmative agreement to wait or cancel and promptly refund the unshipped order. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Returns and consumer rights. The Returns and Refunds policy describes voluntary change-of-mind returns. BitBacked LLC does not offer an additional voluntary written warranty for SoloMiner Watch. This does not disclaim or limit implied warranties or any rights or remedies under applicable law. The ordinary unused-item, packaging and return-window requirements do not limit those rights. Use and safety. Follow the supplied safety and setup instructions. Stop using and charging a damaged, swollen, leaking or unusually hot watch and contact us. Do not send passwords, private keys or recovery phrases to support. Third-party network outages or absence of a mining reward do not alone establish a product defect; defects in advertised functionality remain subject to applicable remedies.
Responsibility and legal rights. We do not promise income, recovery of electricity or service costs, or continuous operation of third-party networks. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable product-liability, warranty and consumer-protection rights.
Disputes. Contact hello@getsolominer.com so we can try to resolve an issue. California law applies, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer protection or right to bring a claim in a court available under applicable law.
Updates. We may update these terms for future orders with an updated effective date. Changes do not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
