Returns and Refunds

Effective October 14, 2026

Cancellations. You may cancel an order before shipment for a full refund, including shipping charges, without a restocking fee. Email hello@getsolominer.com with your order number. Once shipped, the return terms below apply, subject to your legal rights.

Change-of-mind returns. Request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. The watch must be unused and undamaged, with its included accessories and original packaging. Email us for instructions, then ship the authorized return within 14 calendar days after receiving those instructions. You pay ordinary change-of-mind return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return, unless required by law.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products. Contact us even if the product has been used, packaging is missing or the ordinary return window has passed. Those ordinary-return conditions do not limit implied warranties or legal remedies. We provide any remedy, including return shipping, required by applicable law for defective, damaged or incorrect goods. We will provide the appropriate return or other resolution process; do not mail a battery that is swollen, leaking, overheated or damaged using a standard return label.

Refund processing. We will inspect ordinary returns and issue approved refunds within 10 business days after receipt, or sooner where required by law. If there is a problem with eligibility, we will explain it. Refunds go to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post them. Pre-shipment cancellation and legally required refunds will not be delayed by this inspection timetable.

Mining outcomes. SOLOMINER is a hobby mining device. Mining rewards are extremely unlikely and are not guaranteed. Receiving no mining reward is not itself a defect. This explanation does not take away an otherwise eligible return or right under applicable law.

These terms do not exclude or restrict rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.
