Who we are. BitBacked LLC sells SOLOMINER. This notice covers our product website, Shopify store and customer support. Contact hello@getsolominer.com or write to 8605 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, California 90069, United States; phone +1 562-234-4465.
Information and purposes. We receive contact, order, billing/shipping and transaction information to process purchases, deliver products, provide product support and handle claims, prevent fraud and keep business records. We also receive information you choose to send in support communications. Shopify and payment providers process payment details. Hosting and commerce providers may process IP addresses, device/browser information, cookies and activity data for service operation, security and analytics.
Book and campaign links. When you visit through a book QR code or another tagged link, we use campaign labels in the URL to understand the referral source. We retain those labels in this browser tab for up to 24 hours and pass them to Shopify if you continue to checkout. These labels identify the campaign, not an individual reader, and do not contain a visitor ID. Browser storage restrictions may prevent attribution from being retained.
Service providers and Shopify. We share information as needed with hosting, commerce, payment, shipping, communications and support providers. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or in connection with a business transfer. Shopify also processes information to operate and improve its services. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store; Shopify may use interaction information from our store and other merchants for services including personalized advertising. Your choices. Visit our Shopify privacy notice and data-sharing opt-out page using the links below for checkout and Shopify-related choices. You can also email us to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to marketing or ask about data sharing. Rights depend on applicable law; we may need to verify your identity and retain records where necessary or legally required. Use unsubscribe controls in marketing emails if you receive them. Browser cookie controls may affect site functionality. Do Not Track signals are not a uniform opt-out mechanism; use the provided choices. Shopify's privacy notice describes its handling of Global Privacy Control where applicable.
The watch and mining services. Wi-Fi credentials and a public wallet address are entered during device setup. Mining pools and networks process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Information you voluntarily send us in support, such as screenshots or logs, may contain device or wallet details. Do not send private keys, recovery phrases or Wi-Fi passwords.
Retention and security. We retain information as needed for orders, support, claims handling, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Our providers may process data outside your state or country.
Children and updates. Our store is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can address it. We may update this notice to reflect actual practices and will change the date shown here.
