Shipping Policy

Effective October 14, 2026

SOLOMINER is sold by BitBacked LLC and ships from California. We currently ship to eligible US addresses shown at checkout. Shipping methods depend on destination and lithium-battery carrier requirements.

Preorders and delivery. SoloMiner Watch is available for preorder, with shipping expected in November 2026. The shipping estimate may change. Carrier transit time is additional. Shipping charges and available services appear at checkout. Carrier transit estimates do not include the preorder waiting period. We email tracking information when your order ships. The shipping terms shown when you placed your order apply to that order.

Delays. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will contact you before that period expires with an updated shipping estimate, or tell you if a date is not yet known. You may agree to wait or cancel for a full refund. If we do not obtain your affirmative agreement to wait, we will cancel and promptly refund your unshipped order. You may cancel an unshipped order by emailing hello@getsolominer.com with your order number.

Address changes. Contact us promptly about an incorrect address. We will confirm whether a change is possible before shipment. Contacting us does not itself confirm that a change has been made.

Missing or damaged deliveries. Email hello@getsolominer.com with your order number if your shipment is missing, incorrect or damaged. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Do not use or charge a damaged watch. Do not send a damaged battery through the mail without specific safe-return instructions from us. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
